DoDiligence™: Reinventing the Due Diligence Process

DoDiligence™ – Reinventing the Due Diligence Process will convene in New York City on Tuesday August 4th to give the due diligence process a do-over. In this one-day workshop, institutional investors, experts, and asset managers – working in breakout discussion groups  – will collaborate to reexamine and rethink the due diligence process.  We will cover the entire process from discovery to diligence to decision.  Resulting insights, ideas and improvements will be documented and published in a white paper.

Key Topics:  Three components of the due diligence process

Analytical – How can you improve your analytical techniques to achieve better outcomes?
Qualitative – How do you ask better questions?  How do you assess character?
Technology  – How can technology make due diligence more efficient and effective? What do you need to know about cyber-security?

Who Can Attend?

Investors:  20-25 CIOs and Senior Alternatives PMs from asset owners and plan sponsors such as endowments, foundations, pensions, family offices and insurance companies.

Asset Managers/Service Providers:  A limited number of asset managers and select service providers underwrite the project, attend and contribute to the workshops, and receive credit and/or coverage in the resulting white papers.
